Links to the KellyGang

The KellyGang visited Wunnamurra on their way home from the Jerilderie robbery. The manager Mr A Mckie's brother was J Mackie, the sub accountant of the Bank of New South Wales in Jerilderie. The KellyGang were concerned that Mr J Mckie had helped Mr Tarleton and Mr Living to catch their horses and escape.

See the conversation between Mr A Mackie and Ned Kelly, and with Elvery, the storekeeper (Argus18/2/79)
