First taken up by overlanders,Pinson and Roberts, from New South Wales in 1837 to 1840 (17,500 acres)
The Goonan family owned Dederang at some stage
In 1876 the license to Dederang North was held by Thomas Robertson, 14,383 acres, half year £23/15
In 1876 the license to Dederang East was held by Alfred Samuel Hobbs, ? acres, half year £21/17
