First taken up by Peter Stuckey
in for Benjamin Baber (32000 acres). Later it was purchased by Henry
Bayliss and his wife Eleanor, (sister of John Foord of Wahgunyah).
In about 1855 the lease was owned by Thomas Clarke
In 1876 the license was owned by Henry Bayliss, 12,039
acres and the half yearly license fee was £49
