Minutes of previous meeting read and confirmed
The meeting was held with closed doors.
It was moved, seconded, and resolved—That, in future, the officers shall not have the entree of the Commissioners room, and further communications shall be conducted in writing.
Ordered —That the officers be informed that their cross-examination will be proceeded with on Tuesday with closed doors, and that the evidence of any further witnesses they may be desirous of calling shall be tendered in the form of affidavits.
The meeting adjourned until the following Tuesday, at Eleven o’clock
