The two troopers who have been following Kelly up returned Echuca on Friday night. The Echuca Advertiser states that they reported having first gone to Burmah, and from thence traced the "wanted" man as far as Redbank, where all scent of him was lost, and although the troopers searched in every conceivable way for any clue to the direction he had gone, they were unsuccessful, and returned empty handed.
